It says that the problem seems to show up when the computer has two graphics cards and one of them is an nVidia graphics card.

It is beyond me why office applications would need graphics acceleration and it seems that Microsoft does not test it's applications on computers with two graphics cards. The very same problem was present in an Office update in June Was this reply helpful?
