The above image is what I am shown whenever I now go into the Spatial Sound tab on my Headset properties. Prior to update KB, I had a tickbox option to enable 7. As you can see above, however, those options are no longer existent. I have restored my Windows 10 to the previous version I was on before update KB and this has solved my problem.
